Major Inspection & Expediting projects executed in India
- We successfully executed challenging projects for M/s Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited for providing project management services involving expediting, inspection & co-ordination with M/s Engineers India Limited for supplies from Maharashtra and Gujarat of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation items for the large scale waste water treatment projects executed by M/s Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited for IPCL at Dahej and IOCL at Panipat.
- We successfully handled large scale expediting project for M/s Indo Gulf Fertilisers & Chemicals Corporation Limited for setting up of their Birla Copper project at Dahej. We handled expediting of major packages like Boilers ordered on Krupp, Pune, Turbines ordered on DLF, Faridabad and various other fabricated equipments, bought outs, electrical & instrumentation items ordered on various suppliers spread all over India.
- We were engaged by M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited for expediting various supplies on all over India basis including approx. 500 coded fabricated equipment like pressure vessels, coloumns, reactors, heat exchangers for the prestigious SRU & DHDS contracts executed by L & T for refineries in India.

- We successfully handled expediting of various large size, heavy wall coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers ordered by M/s SNC Lavalin, Canada on M/s ISGEC at Yamunanagar. We had deployed two senior expediting engineers on full time basis for monitoring day to day activities. All the expediting reports in prescribed formats were sent to clients on daily basis through email along with relevant photographs. In addition to this, twice in a week we attended video conference calls with clients located at Canada & Oman to discuss the critical issues & resolve by taking prompt decisions.
- We handled various short term expediting cum inspection assignments for M/s Al Hassan Engg., Oman for the equipments ordered in India at Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Kolkata.
- We provided inspection & expediting services to M/s Tata Inc. USA for day to day stage wise inspection of all forged, machined, fabricated & assembled steel products for export to USA & Canada for use in construction industry. We had deployed full time senior inspection cum expediting engineer at Ludhiana. The results were evident as the final production increased from 1 container in a month to 5 containers in a month and the rejection rate also drastically reduced at various stages by improvement in manufacturing & inspection processes.
- We successfully handled expediting of various fabricated accoustic panels, water wall panels & other outsourced items for various power plant projects executed by L & T power.
- We handled inspection & expediting of SS coded vessels for a prototype project for Grasim Industries, at Nagda.
- We successfully handled expediting of various Fabricated Assemblies, Cranes, Electrical equipment & conveyor systems for JAYPEE group for setting up of cement plants in India.
Logistics Management Projects In India
- We successfully handled very prestigious logistics project for transportation of 25 coded vessels (all ODC consignments with weights ranging from 61 M.T. to 199 M.T.) from ISGEC, Yamunanagar to Mumbai port during the year 2004. We were appointed by joint venture of M/s SNC Lavalin, Canada & M/s Al Hassan Engg Co., Oman and the equipment were manufactured by ISGEC at Yamunanagar for final installation at Gas plant of PDO at Oman.
- We were involved from the stage of selection of transporters, route survey, checking & approval of trailors, loading of equipment, supporting & tie-up of equipment on trailor, escorting the vehicles throughout the journey through very treacherous conditions during monsoon season, coordination with shipping agent & clearing agent, movement of vehicles in the night through metro cities, border crossings with all permissions & documentation, unloading of equipment on ships etc.
- We reported to clients at Canada and Oman on daily basis by email with photographs of latest situations. The typical photographs can be mailed on request.
