KUSHAL was founded by Mr. R. Bhagia in 1994. Having worked for around 13 years with India’s leading EPC Company – Larsen & Tubro Limited, executing various engineering projects, he understood the necessity of deploying quality technical manpower as engineering projects ramp up.
Struck by the lack of quality service providers in the market, who really did not understand the skill-sets required for engineering projects, he launched KUSHAL and pioneered the concept of Manpower Deployment / Secondment / Contact Staffing in the Project Space.
From the Humble beginings in 1994, today KUSHAL has reached an industry leading position and is working with all major project developers, consultancy organizations & EPC / EPCM contracting companies involved in execution of large scale projects in India like L&T, Petrofac, Reliance, Alfa Laval, Aker Solutions, Jacobs, Thyssenkrupp and many more.
